At fairejour we try to be as accommodating as possible to our customers for items that don't work for whatever reason (size, color, fit). Because our store and the designers we work with are smaller, independent operations that produce in small batches and often create custom made-to-order items or even one-of-a-kind items without the deep pockets of mass-market global brands our return policy has a few things to keep things fair and keep our carbon footprint low:

Please check the product description of each product to see that items return policy. Not all items are returnableItems that are noted one-of-a-kind or made to order these items are not eligible for return. Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product.

If you're item is returnable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at contact@fairejour.com or by submitting a ticket in our help desk. Returns initiated after the 7 day return policy will not be accepted.

Note: We will provide special return instructions for items that were damaged in shipping or mis-shipped items (see no. 9). Please email us at contact@fairejour.com. Indicate “damaged or mis-shipped” in the subject line.

We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging unless otherwise noted.

There is a $10 restocking fee per item returned.
