Generally, it's really rare that defective or broken items get sent out (in fact we've never had it happen because we go to great lengths to make sure each item is carefully sent out). But in the unlikely event that you received a defective item, please contact us at contact@fairejour.com or submit a ticket with the subject line "Damaged" or "Defective Item" within 2 days of receiving the item to let us know. If you can include an image of the broken or defective item even better, that'll help us expedite the return.
