Here's a quick checklist for returns if your unsure about returning a specific item. If you're still unsure just contact us and we'll let you know about the specific item.


  1. Is the item I want to return elibigle for return?


    Not all items are returnable, so double check the product's description. One of a kind, made-to-order items aren't eligible for return because they were made custom for you. Every product will state if it can be returned or not.



  2. Is the item in new condition and still in it's original packaging?


    The item you're returning should be in new condition and still in it's original packaging.



  3. Is it within 7 days since you received your item in the mail?


    We only accept return requests within 7 days of when you first received your item. Return requests after 7 days aren't elibigble for return.



  4. Have I contacted fairejour about the return?


    Please contact the fairejour team before returning an item. If all the items above are in order things should be good to go, but we require you to contact us first before sending an item back. Once your request is received and approved, we will provide the address for you to send your return.



  5. Do I get a full refund on my return?


    We have a $10 restocking fee that we will automatically deduct from your refund.
