My tracking numbers says it's been delivered already and to the wrong address! Print

All major shipping carriers recycle their tracking numbers (recycling is good, so we support them ;)), however it can happen, especially early on in the shipping process, that UPS, FEDEX or USPS hasn't updated the tracking number with the current information and it will update in a few hours if you give it time. A strong indicator that you're looking at a recycled tracking number is if the delivery date is from a year ago.

However, if the date matches the current date, there may be a mixup. If you think that's the case please contact us so we can contact the carrier.
